Refund Policy

NearHire charges for contact packs (connecting with local pros) and optional boosts (extra visibility for providers). We never take a commission on your projects. Our refund rules are designed to be simple and fair.
Invalid contact details
If the phone, email or WhatsApp revealed on connection is invalid or unreachable, we'll auto-refund that contact credit or replace it.
Provider suspended after you connect
If a pro is suspended for fraud or misrepresentation shortly after you connect with them, the affected contact is refunded automatically.
“No response” claims
Reviewed case-by-case. We check whether you opened the conversation or used the revealed details before issuing a credit.
Successfully delivered contacts
Where valid contact details were revealed and the connection worked as described, contacts are non-refundable — except as goodwill credit at our discretion.
Boosts
Profile boosts are non-refundable once a boost window has started, since visibility is delivered immediately.
How to request a refund
Email founder.nearhire@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, or issued as contact credits where you prefer.
